Talking Tenders with The City of Edinburgh Council - Temporary Accommodation

The City of Edinburgh Council is looking to establish a flexible purchasing system for temporary accommodation, and this will be a long-term opportunity with the aim to increase Edinburgh’s capacity for temporary accommodation. To support suppliers in this tendering opportunity, The City of Edinburgh Council is partnering with the Supplier Development Programme.
The Council requires accommodation and associated services which are tailored to residents' needs, can adapt by flexing capacity whilst having a focus on value for money and allows continued change and improvement. The system will be similar to a Dynamic Purchasing System; however, will operate with greater flexibility. The purchasing system will comprise of Categories, each specifying the type of accommodation and services required.
The Council will be using the PCS-Tender online portal to run and manage the opportunity, and as such strongly encourage interested potential providers to attend information sessions on the operation of the purchasing system and PCS-T.
This webinar will give local SMEs located in The City of Edinburgh Council area and further afield the opportunity to gain insight into the contract opportunity and an introduction to PCS-Tender to help you get 'tender ready' in advance.
