The Single Procurement Document (SPD) - Buyer Training for SDP Membership Organisations

Are you responsible for or new to procurement, economic development, community wealth building or business support - and would you like  to understand the questions that suppliers are asked in the tender process?  If your answer is yes, and you're part of an existing SDP membership organisation, this SDP training is for you!

The Single Procurement Document (SPD), is the pre-qualifying stage, formally known as the ESPD or PQQ / Pre Qualifying Questionnaire.  It includes questions used at the selection stage of a tender exercise - to enable buyers to ask questions that will identify suitably qualified and experienced suppliers. 

This webinar is hosted by the Supplier Development Programme alongside our procurement expert, who will give you an inside look at the questions within the SPD document - helping you to understand what information is required by suppliers to bid for public sector contracts in Scotland.  You will also be able to ask questions and receive suggestions to help you understand what suppliers do to fill out this electronic document more successfully in future tenders, and hear about the free support that the Programme can provide to your local suppliers.
