New Scottish Procurement Policy Note on Coronavirus - procurement regulations during outbreak issued

The Scottish Government has issued a new Scottish Procurement Policy Note (SPPN) regarding on Coronavirus - procurement regulations during outbreak.
This SPPN raises awareness on handling some procurement related issues as a consequence of the current coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
