Bid process for £65m Glasgow housing project launches

The tender process for the largest housing project of its type outside of London, will launch later this month on April 18.
Companies are being invited by Glasgow City Council (GCC) to pitch for contracts worth in the region of £65 million as part of the major regeneration of Sighthill in Glasgow. This round of procurement includes 650 new homes, 450 of which will be for private sale and up to 200 will be sold directly to a local housing association (LHA) for mid-market rent.
