'Wheelie Good' Supplier Engagement with East Lothian Council e-Bikes

East Lothian Council, in partnership with the Supplier Development Programme, is hosting a free Talking Tenders with East Lothian Council – e-Bike Hire Schemes webinar on 10 March 2022 at 2:00pm.

The event will provide suppliers with an opportunity to learn about the Council’s plans to widen electric bike access across the country, which includes proposals for a county-wide public hire electric bike scheme.

The Council will be encouraging businesses to share any experience that could inform the specifications and parameters of the subsequent procurement process. The event aims to share current market intelligence and provide an opportunity to learn about top tendering tips to enable you to become tender ready.

Suppliers will also have the opportunity to obtain advice on how to submit relevant tenders and ask questions relating to the completion of a bid.

This contract opportunity is suitable for a range of suppliers, who supply electric bikes, electric cargo bikes, docking and charging infrastructure, digital display boards for hire locations, signage, servicing and maintenance of electric bikes and electric cargo-bikes, and web, app, and back-office systems for public hire electric bike schemes.
