Framework opportunity for the Provision of Vehicle Body, Mechanical and Electrical Repairs

Framework Agreement for the Provision of Vehicle Body, Mechanical and Electrical Repairs including Ad-hoc Repairs to a fleet of approximately 1700 vehicles. The Framework Agreement includes all categories of vehicles and consist of 3 lots.

Lot 1 – Motor Vehicle Body Repairs

Lot 2 – Motor Vehicle Mechanical Repairs including Ad-hoc Repairs

Lot 3 – Motor Vehicle Electrical Repairs including Ad-hoc Repairs

Each lot shall be further split by categories of vehicle. Contractors may submit tenders for one, several or all of the vehicle types in any of the lots.

All Vehicle Body Repairs shall be covered by those contractors appointed to the Framework Agreement (lot 1) as the Council does not have an in house facility to undertake this requirement. The requirement for Mechanical and Electrical Repairs shall be required where the Council’s own workshop does not have the capacity to carry out these repairs in house.
