HEEPS: loan scheme for Registered Social Landlords has reopened

A loan scheme for housing associations and housing co-operatives to make energy saving improvements has reopened. Loans of between £30,000 and £1million will be made available to install energy saving improvements with the aim of bringing properties up to the required Energy Efficiency Standard for Social Housing.
Applications are now open and successful applicants must complete the work by 28th February 2018 so look out for contract opportunities arising from this on PCS.
