Highlands and Islands Enterprise is seeking suppliers for Property Consultancy services
Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE) has published three contract notices on Public Contracts Scotland (PCS). Each notice is a lot from the Property Consultancy. HIE requires a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide the following services across all of the HIE area for both its commercial property portfolio as well as HIE's own offices.
The Lots are published separately on PCS so bidders will have to register for each one individually. Suppliers can bid for one, two or all three of the Lots, each Lot has the name ‘Property Consultancy’ in the title together with its relevant lot number. The lots are as follows:
- Property Consultancy – Lot 1 Property Management and Valuation – rent and service charge collection, budgeting and reconciliation, management of void properties, property inspections, annual portfolio valuations, tenant liaison, rent reviews, insurance claims etc. The deadline date for submitting a bid for this lot is 22 July 2021.
- Property Consultancy – Lot 2 Property Marketing – marketing of properties, support HIEs property disposal strategy, negotiate with interested parties, market advice and options appraisals etc. The deadline date for submitting a bid for this lot is 21 July 2021.
- Property Consultancy – Lot 3 Building Surveying – dilapidations, repair work, EPC and S63 valuations and insurance valuations etc. The deadline date for submitting a bid for this lot is 20 July 2021.
The Lots will off complementary services and the successful supplier in each will be expected to work alongside the suppliers of the other Lots as required. It is estimated that each lot contract will beginning in November 2021 for an initial 3-year period, after this all can be renewed for an additional 1-year period.
