Lanarkshire’s Meet the "Real" Buyer Cancelled

Meet the Lanarkshire Real Buyer event is postponed.

In light of the information issued by the Scottish Government and the UK Government regarding additional social distancing measures required from the public surrounding COVID-19, including events which involve more than 500 attendees, North Lanarkshire Council, South Lanarkshire Council and the Supplier Development Programme have taken the decision to cancel the Lanarkshire's Meet the "Real" Buyer event, with the aim of rescheduling it in the future. SDP apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.

It is important to note that the public sector in Scotland is open for business, and you are encouraged to tender for upcoming opportunities issued through Public Contracts Scotland.

If you are a Scottish-based SME or supported business, there is a host of information and resources available to directly support you on the SDP website. You must register and log in to view these, where you will also be able to view and book upcoming free webinars. You will also be able to view your local authority’s dedicated SDP Representative’s contact details, who you are encouraged to contact if you have any queries.

The Supplier Development Programme has issued guidance regarding our upcoming face-to-face training and events, which can be viewed on the SDP website. This information is updated during normal working hours. The Supplier Development Programme urges all suppliers to follow advice issued by Health Protection Scotland and NHS Scotland.
