Legislation guidance now available

Scottish Procurement have published statutory guidance to support the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 and the wider application of the new procurement legislation in Scotland. The guidance can be viewed at http://www.gov.scot/publications/2016/03/8410
Further guidance on the new legislation, including the new ESPD and any system specific guidance, will be issued in the near future.
