NDEP Workshop Procurement

Scottish Enterprise on behalf of the National Digital Engagement Programme (NDEP) partnership (SE, Highlands & Islands Enterprise and Business Gateway) is seeking to establish a framework to develop themes, content and deliver a series of digital technology workshops as part of the programme.

The NDEP programme will offer services for small to medium enterprises, to provide them with advanced digital advice, offering them development of their technical ability through services that will include: digital health checks, online guides, webinars, workshops and one-to-one specialist support at a level not currently available to them.  The aim of the NDEP is to raise awareness, knowledge and assist adoption of digital technology as it affects SMEs, to enable them to enter new markets, trade internationally and increase business efficiencies and indirectly increasing staff.  The aim of the workshops is to help move businesses along the digital maturity continuum.  We are therefore seeking suppliers with a strong knowledge of businesses digital needs at a local level.

Some things to note:


  • You must submit your completed pre-qualification questionnaires through the secure post-box on Public Contracts Scotland no later than 12:00 midday on Thursday 17 September 2015.

  • The post-box facility will not accept any submissions after the deadline and it is the responsibility of suppliers to ensure submissions are received before the deadline.

  •  No other electronic submissions will be accepted by Scottish Enterprise before the closing date or as a substitute for that on the post-box facility.

  •  No hard copy submissions will be accepted.


An automated email confirmation will be sent to confirm successful despatch of the submissions. If you do not receive this email you should contact Public Contracts Scotland before the deadline
