North Lanarkshire Council is hosting an online market engagement event to share information about its Enterprise Strategic Commercial Partnership contract which will support the Council’s ambition to be the place to Live, Learn, Work, Invest and Visit on 3 August 2020.
The Council intends to seek a partner to create a long-term strategic commercial place shaping partnership to provide an innovative new approach to the delivery of a full range of interconnected property, community asset and infrastructure investment to support its ambitions to revitalise its communities.
The Council is currently preparing the project for a formal procurement, which is expected to commence in Autumn 2020.
At the online event, delivered via webinar on 3 August 2020, suppliers will hear from a senior member of North Lanarkshire Council's corporate management team and representatives of the project team who will provide an overview of the opportunity to prospective bidders, outline the scale of the Council's ambition, its commitment to the project, what it is looking for in a partner and indicative timescales for taking this forward.
Following the event, by way of a separate feedback questionnaire, the Council will also seek to gather suppliers' views on this opportunity and the direction of travel. North Lanarkshire Council will use the information provided to further develop our thinking and how it shapes this to guarantee maximum value.

Questions will not be taken during the event, but suppliers will be advised of the mechanism for any queries.

As this partner event is being organised directly by North Lanarkshire Council, suppliers must register on a separate website.
