Scotland Excel has published a PIN for a Building Construction Consultancy contract Opportunity

Scotland Excel has published a Prior Information Notice (PIN) on Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) for Building Construction Consultancy.

Scotland Excel is developing a framework for the provision of Construction related consultancy services relating to building and their grounds. The framework is intended to support delivery of local authorities’ Strategic Housing Investment Plans, City Deal Projects, and other capital project as well as operational building monitoring and maintenance.

This contract will be divided into 13 Lots, all Lots will be carried out at various locations throughout the geographical boundaries of the participating councils and associate members within Scotland. The lots are divided as follows;

• Lot 1 – General Building Architecture
• Lot 2 – Conservation Architecture
• Lot 3 – Civil and Structural Engineering
• Lot 4 – Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing Engineering
• Lot 5 – Quantity Surveying
• Lot 6 – Multi Disciplinary
• Lot 7 – Project Management
• Lot 8 – Master Planning
• Lot 9 – CDM Advice
• Lot 10 – Clerk of Works
• Lot 11 – Landscape Architecture
• Lot 12 – Environmental Engineering
• Lot 13 – Building Surveying

Please note: at this stage the scope of the framework and its lots have yet to be determined and therefore may change from those stated in this PIN. The contract notice is estimated to be published on 31 July 2021.
