The UK left the EU on 31 January, and EU law, including on procurement, will continue to apply in the UK until 31 December 2020. The Supplier Development Programme draws attention to information and resources for Scottish SMEs and supported businesses in relation to the UK's exit from the European Union as they become available.
Usually only available as a logged in Scottish SME or supported business on the SDP website, the Supplier Development Programme invites everyone to visit the Resources section on Brexit for additional resources and information.
