SDP Scotland gives evidence on procurement practices in construction sector at Scottish Parliament
27 Feb 2019: The Supplier Development Programme (SDP) recently submitted a response to the Scottish Parliament’s Economy, Energy, Jobs and Fair Work Committee’s Consultation on “Construction and Scotland’s Economy.” The remit of the inquiry was to understand the characteristics and challenges of Scotland’s construction sector to ensure the sector realises its full potential in contributing to a productive and inclusive Scottish economy.
Supplier Development Programme Partners with Scotland Build 2019
20 Feb 2019: The Supplier Development Programme has announced its partnership with Scotland Build 2019, which will take place at the SECC in Glasgow on 20-21 March 2019. Registration for the event is free and is open to all SMEs in Scotland to attend. The Supplier Development Programme will host a workshop and exhibition stand where Scottish SMEs can gain information on public sector procurement in the Construction Sector.
