Lanarkshire Meet the "Real" Buyer

Jointly hosted by North Lanarkshire and South Lanarkshire Councils, and supported by Supplier Development Programme, the Lanarkshire Meet the “Real” Buyer event is scheduled as a fully virtual, online event on Tuesday, 30 November 2021.

This Meet the Buyer event affords suppliers that wish to do business in Lanarkshire unprecedented access to leading contractors and local authority services that commission the actual work and hear more about the upcoming contracts that businesses can bid/tender for in the future. You will have the opportunity to raise your profile as a business and prepare for upcoming contract opportunities, all from the comfort of your own screen. Business will be able to meet procurement teams from a variety of other public and private sector organisations.

On the day there will be a packed agenda with hot topics, such as how to work with North and South Lanarkshire Council, how do Local Authorities procure Food and Drink, and Construction. Businesses will also learn about top tendering tips and gain insight into the support that is available to become "tender ready" for these future opportunities through the Supplier Development Programme.
