Using PCS and PCS-T for Early Learning and Childcare Providers - Renfrewshire Council

Are you a provider of Early Learning and/or childcare services?

Renfrewshire Council will shortly be going out to tender for delivery of services for Early Learning and Childcare.

In order to support businesses what may have never or have limited experience in bidding for a contract, the Supplier Development Programme (SDP) will be holding two training sessions to help you apply and bid for this contract opportunity.

During these evening training sessions, representatives from Renfrewshire Council’s Early Years and the Procurement team will outline the general requirements, and SDP will provide free training on Public Contracts Scotland Tender (PCS-T) – the service through which you will apply and bid for the tender to deliver the Early Learning and Childcare Services for the Council.

Two training sessions will be held on 1st & 5th October so please book the session that is most convenient for you.
