Talking Tenders with Scottish Government

The Scottish Government in partnership with the Supplier Development Programme will be hosting a Talking Tenders webinar for its Talent Attraction and Migration Service. 

The Talent Attraction and Migration Service will support employers to use the immigration system effectively and efficiently to help meet their skills needs. The service will enable people to access good quality information and advice to help them move to Scotland and settle into the community. Users will access this service online. 

Further to the publication of the Prior Information Notice (PIN) notice on 14^th December 2022, the Scottish Government have decided to amend the specification related to this opportunity.

Firstly, the contract will now include the design, build and maintenance of a digital platform to host the Talent Attraction and Migration Service. The digital platform will be key in meeting users’ needs. It is expected that users will be able to easily access the information, guidance and advice that they need.

Secondly, this procurement will no longer be divided into lots. The Scottish Government will seek to contract with a Lead Service Provider who may subcontract opportunities to other delivery partners or create a consortium arrangement to meet the service requirement in its' entirety.

Scottish Government may award a contract to:

• One supplier if they can deliver all the elements of the service.
• A Lead Service Provider who in turn subcontracts to other suppliers. This Lead Service Provider will have sole responsibility for reporting back to the Scottish Government and managing the subcontracts.
