NHS GGC and SDP Supply Chain Diversity Project Outcome Report

The Supplier Development Programme has published an online report on pilot project that it worked on, from April to December 2022, with NHS GGC to diversify the NHS GGC supply chain.

The project encouraged SMEs and businesses owned/ led by people with ‘protected characteristics’ (such as disabilities or minority group statuses) to bid for NHS GGC contracts.

During the project the partners delivered research, marketing materials and tender training webinars.

SDP provided 6 supplier engagement and tender training webinars to 136 attendees from 127 unique Scottish businesses.
