New Scottish Procurement Policy Note on Cyber Security for Public Sector issued
The Scottish Government has issued a new Scottish Procurement Policy Note (SPPN) regarding the publication of a note on cyber security guidance for public sector suppliers.
This SPPN provides notification about the cyber security note for the public sector (which was published on 15 January 2020), and addresses the key points of this cyber security guidance. The SPPN encourages buyers to bring it to the attention of all relevant staff within public bodies (including those in agencies, non-departmental public bodies and other sponsored public bodies) so they can look at the guidance.
