PfH launches Responsive Repairs and Void Property Services Framework

 

Housing Maintenance opportunityCalling all providers of housing repairs and void property services!

Procurement for Housing (PfH) has launched a Contract Notice for the Responsive Repairs and Void Property Services Framework Scotland on Public Contract Scotland (PCS).

The deadline for receipt of tenders or requests to participate in this Framework is 21 December 2023, 12 noon.

With an estimated total value of £45m (excluding VAT) the framework is due to last two years, with the option to extend on two occasions each for a period of up to one year.

The framework has been split into five lots and tenders may be submitted for all lots, including:

Responsive Repairs and Void Property Refurbishment

  • Void Property Refurbishment
  • Responsive Repairs
  • Void Property Cleaning and Clearing Services
  • Void Property Security Services

The framework includes (but is not limited to) provision of gas and electrical safety inspections, boiler and heating system installation and maintenance, electrical installation and maintenance, kitchen and bathroom repairs, general building repairs, joinery, plastering, painting and decorating, roofing works, fencing repairs, and drainage repairs.
