Could You Join Perth & Kinross Council’s Domestic & Commercial Removals and Storage Framework?

Perth and Kinross Council is seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced contractors as suppliers to a framework agreement to provide domestic and commercial contents removals and storage.

This procurement exercise involves the establishment of a multi-supplier Framework Agreement.

Bidders should note that they do not have to be able to perform all the different types of services to gain a place on the framework. For example, a small business who only has capacity to perform small load moves will not be disadvantaged.

The Technical response section of this tender will provide the bidders with an opportunity to select the types of moves they are able to perform. This information will be used by the buyer for assessing the suppliers’ capability and capacity to perform the services at the Call Off stage.

This contract is divided into two Lots:

Lot 1 - Domestic Properties

Lot 2 – Commercial Properties

The estimated total value of this contract excluding VAT is £480K.

A contract notice has been published on Public Contracts Scotland (PCS), although interested parties will need to register with PCS-T to access additional information and express their interest.

The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is Wednesday 28 October 2026 at 12 noon.
