Dundee City Council Seeks Contractor for Water Hygiene Monitoring Programme!

Dundee City Council is seeking suitable suppliers to monitor water hygiene across various council properties, while also dealing with any minor or urgent repair works which may not have been foreseen (arising from deterioration or damage). 

This Services Contract has two Single Supplier Lots:

Lot 1 - Buildings within Housing, Education, City Development, Environment and Chief Executive portfolio of properties.

Lot 2 - Buildings within Leisure & Culture, Chief Executive, Environment, Social Work and City Development portfolio of properties.

Contractors are welcome to bid for just one or both Lots with the Works involving:

• The inspection, monitoring, servicing, testing, certification and reporting duties involved within the Water Hygiene Programme, and all associated equipment. 
• Carrying out urgent, remedial and new works as instructed by the Contract Administrator.

The estimated total value of this contract excluding VAT is £870k. 

The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is Wednesday 6 May 2026 at 12pm.

A contract notice has been published on Public Contracts Scotland (PCS), although interested parties will need to register with PCS-Tender to gather additional information and express their interest.
