Provide Cleaning and Associated Services to Registers of Scotland

Registers of Scotland LogoRegisters of Scotland is seeking a suitably qualified supplier for the provision of cleaning and associated services across its two sites in Edinburgh and Glasgow.

The successful supplier will provide a comprehensive cleaning service throughout the premises delivered in a safe and efficient manner.

They will be responsible for maintaining all identified internal cleanable areas including fixtures, fittings, furniture and finishes, to minimise degradation, enhance asset life cycle and ensure high standards are maintained.

The provider is required to provide a high quality service that includes, but is not be limited to:

  • Routine Cleaning
  • Periodic Cleaning
  • Reactive Cleaning
  • Window Cleaning
  • Consumables
  • Facilities Support Services

Registers of Scotland is looking for a supplier that can provide the service across its two sites for 36 months, with an option to extend the contract by 6 or 12 months increments up to a total of 24 months.

The estimated value of the contract is £570k excluding VAT per annum.

The estimated value of the 36-month contract is £1.71million excluding VAT.

The estimated value of this contract, should all optional extensions be taken, is £2.85 million excluding VAT.

A contract notice has been published on Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) where interested parties can access additional information and express their interest.

The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is Friday 30 October 2026 at 11am.
