Provide Subway Station Improvement Services for Strathclyde Partnership for Transport!

SPT is seeking suitable suppliers to bid for this contract delivering improvement works to Hillhead Subway Station including both renewal and removal of systems across the site.

More specifically the works will include:

• Renewal and alterations to building services (lighting, small power, PAVA, fire detection, comms, ventilations etc).
• Removal of ceiling systems at upper concourse level
• Required M&E works associated with ceiling system removal (concourse & platform levels)
• Renewal of floor & stair coverings throughout (concourse & platform)
• Improvement to wayfinding
• Renewal of staff facilities
• Replacement of fixtures (handrails, balustrades capping, door sets etc)

The estimated total value of this contract excluding VAT is £1.7 million.

The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is Thursday 28 May 2026 at 12pm.

A contract notice has been published on Public Contracts Scotland (PCS), although interested parties will need to register with PCS-Tender to access additional information and express their interest.
