Contract Overview

• Scope: Provision of ancillary roofing works across the Council’s housing stock, including reactive repairs, planned maintenance support, and specialist roofing services.
• Contract Structure: Currently proposed as a single lot. However, the final structure, including any potential lotting arrangements (such as geographic split lots), may be informed by supplier feedback received through this engagement activity.
• Contract Duration: Initial term of 3 years, with extension options available subject to performance and operational requirements.

Key Performance Requirements

• Emergency repairs (24/7/365): Make safe within 4 hours
• Priority non-emergency repairs: Within 24 hours
• Routine non-emergency repairs: Within 20 working days
