Talking Tenders with City of Edinburgh Council (CEC)

Today we will be talking to the buyers within The City of Edinburgh Council about an upcoming opportunity for Photography, Film and Video Services.

The Council is interested in hearing from suppliers with demonstrable experience of delivering creative and visual content for public sector and/or third sector organisations. The appointed suppliers to this framework will support a range of communications,
engagement, and marketing activities through the provision of high-quality film and photography services.
It is the Council’s intention that the opportunity will be delivered through a multi-supplier, non-ranked Framework Agreement comprising two lots.

LOT 1 - Film and Video Services 

This lot relates to the provision of film and video services, including, but not limited to:_
• Content for promotional materials across the full marketing mix, including television
• Content creation for social media platforms, including reels and stories
• Destination marketing
• Live streaming services
• Event filming and coverage
• Service information films
• Website and digital content (may be used for educational, information, training, behavioural change or promotional opportunities)

LOT 2 - Photography Services 

This lot relates to the provision of photography services, including, but not limited to:
• Events and launch photography
• Marketing and promotional campaigns
• Service information
• Media launches and press opportunities
• Destination marketing across the full marketing mix
• Website and digital content creation
• Corporate head shots
