Could You Deliver an Employee Assistance Programme within Renfrewshire Council?

Renfrewshire Council is seeking expressions of interest for the provision of an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) from service providers with proven experience in delivering such services and the capacity to deliver. 

Service Providers are also encouraged to consider applying to the Government Commercial Agency’s (previously Crown Commercial Services) Occupational Health and Related Services Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) RM6296 (formerly Crown Commercial Services).

The EAP contract has two lots including:

Lot 1 - Renfrewshire Council and associated bodies

Lot 2 - Renfrewshire Leisure trading as OneRen

The estimated total value of this contract is £60k.

Expressions of interest should be submitted via the Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) portal by 16 July 2026.

The estimated date of publication of this contract notice is 1 October 2026.

A Prior Information Notice (PIN) has been published on Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) where interested parties can access additional information and express their interest.
