Deliver Ad-hoc Maintenance Repairs Across Falkirk Council!

Falkirk Council LogoFalkirk Council is seeking suitable providers to bid for this multi-lot contract, delivering ad-hoc maintenance repairs to non-housing properties across both East and West Falkirk. 

The service provider will be required to deliver:

  • Ad-hoc joinery repairs and works to the fabric/fittings/fixtures as required on a daywork basis.
  • Services during the standard working hours of 8am-5pm, 5 days per week (excluding public holidays). 
  • Maintenance works during the traditional Christmas, New Year and Easter construction shutdown periods.  
  • A 2-hour emergency call out service provided during 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

This contract has been split into two lots, with providers being able to bid for one or both lots dependant on capability:

Lot 1 – East Falkirk Council Area

Lot 2 – West Falkirk Area

The total estimated value of this contract excluding VAT is £1.5 million.

The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is Thursday 16 July 2026 at 2pm.
