Could you get on Procurement for Housing (PfH) Scotland’s Material Supply Framework?

Procurement for Housing (PfH) Scotland is seeking suitably qualified contractors to join its Materials Supply Framework, which covers the supply of various construction materials including electrical, plumbing and heating equipment.

Procurement for Housing (PfH) is a national procurement consortium dedicated to the social housing sector and supported by the National Housing Federation (NHF), Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) and HouseMark. 

PfH intends to procure a national, four-year framework agreement for the provision of building and construction materials. The framework will encompass a range of supply routes and will be separated into 16 distinct lots.

The Lot structure will be as follows:

• Lot 1 - Plumbing, Heating & Gas – National
• Lot 2 - Plumbing, Heating & Gas – Scotland
• Lot 3 - Plumbing, Heating & Gas – Wales
• Lot 4 - Electrical – National
• Lot 5 - Electrical – Scotland
• Lot 6 - Electrical – Wales
• Lot 7 - Building Materials – National
• Lot 8 - Building Materials – Scotland
• Lot 9 - Building Materials – Wales
• Lot 10 - Aids & Adaptations
• Lot 11 - National Consortia for Independent Merchants
• Lot 12 - Managed Solutions
• Lot 13 - Renewable Materials
• Lot 14 - On Demand Supply
• Lot 15 - Responsive Kitchen Materials
• Lot 16 - Multi Vendor (Van Stock Management) Technology

The estimated total value of this contract excluding VAT is £1.538 million.

A Prior Information Notice (PIN) has been published on Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) where interested parties can access additional information and express their interest.

The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is Friday 9 October 2026 at 12 noon.
