Help Glasgow Become a Net Zero Carbon City by 2030!

Glasgow City Council Logo Glasgow City Council is striving for Glasgow to become a Net Zero Carbon city by 2030, addressing climate change, fuel poverty, and public health issues.

To achieve this goal, the council is developing its Model for Climate Investment (MFCI) and so are seeking feedback from interested parties to implement this in the future.

The MFCI is intended to involve the establishment of a Delivery Vehicle (DV) and Climate Investment Vehicle (CIV) to unlock necessary investments and deliver key Net Zero projects.

This potential procurement opportunity relates to the DV, a partner capable of delivering, building, managing and operating heat and energy efficient projects across public sector buildings.

The Prior Information Notice (PIN) has been published on Public Contracts Scotland (PCS), where interested parties can find more information and record an interest.

Potential bidders have been asked to complete the pre-market engagement questionnaire here.

The estimated publication date of the contract notice is Monday 1 February 2027.
