Could You Provide Intensive Support Services for Children and Young People across Highland Council?

The Highland Council is seeking the provision of an Intensive Support Service for Children and Young People to offer both practical and emotional support.

The support service would be required to offer help and guidance on:

• Safety planning
• Risks/risk management
• Emotional support
• Health
• Education
• Harm reduction
• Substance use
• Training
• Parenting skills (where appropriate)

The service will typically deliver support to service users who have been exposed to but not limited to:

• Criminal activity
• Offending behaviours
• Exploitation
• Involvement with the Children’s Hearings System

The total estimated value of this contract excluding VAT is £906,316. 

A contract notice has been published on Public Contracts Scotland (PCS), although interested parties will need register with PCS-Tender to access additional information and express their interest.

The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is Friday 20 March 2026 at 12pm.
