Fife Council Intends to Establish a Framework Agreement for Vehicle Recovery Services!

Fife Council intends to establish a framework agreement for the provision of vehicle recovery services for across the area. 

The framework will cover vehicle recovery services required by the Council across its operational area for its fleet of vehicles and plant. The fleet comprises over 1000 vehicles and plant, including both light vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes and heavy vehicles up to 44 tonnes.

A Prior Information Notice (PIN) has been published on Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) where interested parties can gather additional information and express their interest.

The estimated date of publication of the Contract Notice is Thursday 18 June 2026.
