Aberdeenshire Council to Publish Reactive Housing Repair Contract

Aberdeenshire Council is seeking property and construction trade contractors to undertake reactive repairs to our housing stock across Aberdeenshire.

This year, Aberdeenshire Council will be aiming to procure the following trades across nine geographical areas:

• Plumber Work
• Joiner Work
• Cleaning
• Drainage

To provide interested contractors with more information, the Housing and Procurement Team are hosting a FREE Contractor Engagement Event in the run up to tenders being published, on Public Contracts Scotland in March 2026. This event will take place on Friday 20 February at 2pm within the Members Building at Woodhill House, Westburn Road, Aberdeen, AB165GB.

During this event, the Housing and Procurement Team will discuss the forthcoming contracts while also providing a Q&A session to answer any queries.
