Scotland Excel is developing a framework for the provision of construction related consultancy services.
This framework is intended to support delivery of local authorities’ Strategic Housing Investment Plans, City Deal Projects, and other capital project as well as operational building monitoring and maintenance. And you have the opportunity to ask questions and ensure that you are 'tender ready' to improve your chances of winning a place on this national Framework.
The scope of this contract includes but is not limited to:
