Supplier Development Programme

The public sector has a total spend of £12.6 billion in Scotland. Your business could get a piece of that spend with public sector tendering, and the Supplier Development Programme (SDP) is here to help. SDP helps businesses that have little or no experience of tendering and are often too small to have dedicated bid/tender resources to contemplate bidding for public sector contracts. SDP offers free tender training to all Scottish SMEs, so they are “tender ready” for contract. The programme also offers free aligned training on specific contract opportunities.
