Could you Join Scottish Government’s Temporary and Interim Staff Services Framework?

Scottish Government is looking for suitably qualified suppliers to join the new single Temporary and Interim Staff Services Framework for the supply of personnel services.

Scottish Government Procurement is seeking to procure the fifth generation of the Temporary and Interim Staff Services Framework.

The current suite of Temporary and Interim Staff Services Frameworks are due to expire on 12 April 2027.

The new Framework will be a single, multi-lot, multi-supplier Framework, operating for up to a maximum of 4 years (48 months). 

This framework is divided into four Lots:

• Lot 1 - Interim Professional Staff Services - National
• Lot 2 - Interim IT Staff Services - National
• Lot 3 - Temporary Administrative, Catering and Manual Staff Services (South Region)
• Lot 4 - Temporary Administrative, Catering and Manual Staff Services (North Region)

The estimated total value of this contract excluding VAT is £450 million.

A contract notice has been published on Public Contracts Scotland (PCS), although interested parties will need to register with PCS-T to access additional information and express their interest.

The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is Monday 7 December 2026 at 12 noon.
