Does Your Business Carry Out DMCV Services within East Dunbartonshire Council?

East Dunbartonshire Council is seeking suitable service providers to bid for the Damp & Mould Survey & Management contract for domestic properties across the geographical area. 

The Council is keen to establish a contract for the provision of reactive surveys of domestic properties reported to be impacted by Damp, Mould, Condensation and Ventilation (DMCV) issues.

This contract has been split into two Lots:

Lot 1 – Damp & Mould Survey & Management East

This Lot covers the properties located in the East, specifically Kirkintilloch, Lennoxtown, Milton of Campsie, Lenzie and Twechar.

Lot 2 - Damp & Mould Survey & Management West

This Lot covers the properties located in the West, specifically Milngavie, Bearsden, Bishopbriggs and Torrance.

The estimated total value of this contract excluding VAT is £235k.

The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is Monday 22 June 2026 at 12pm.

A contract notice has been published on Public Contracts Scotland (PCS), where interested parties can gather additional information and express their interest.
