Aligned Tender Training: East and South Ayrshire Council’s Alcohol and Drug Recovery Services and Support

In this practical Aligned Tender Training session, SDP’s expert trainer supports suppliers’ step by step through Public Contract Scotland (PCS) and PCS Tender (PCS-T), helping them access live contract opportunities, understand how to submit documents, and use the Q&A feature effectively. 

About the opportunity: 

East and South Ayrshire Councils, on behalf of the Alcohol and Drug Partnership (ADP) are seeking high-quality, relational providers who understand the needs of those who use ADP services. 

This flexible framework is anticipated to comprise of 5 Lots, including: Recognising Risk, Reducing Harm and Coordinating Care, Treatment and Recovery, Whole Family Approach (including young people), Recovery Communities, and Consultancy Support.

The anticipated framework duration is 5 years.

What will be covered during the webinar:

During this online webinar, SDP’s expert will walk you through the bidding process, using the actual Alcohol and Drug Recovery Services tender documents. 

We will demo how to register and login to Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) , how to find the contract notice using the search functionality and express interest in this opportunity. We will follow the buyers instructions verbatim, to access the documents within PCS-T and open all envelopes. We will spend time on questions that perhaps tripped bidders up in the past. We also demo the Q&A functionality and how to upload evidence and response documents.

Essentially the aim is for you as a bidder, to watch our trainer going through the tendering process - as a supplier, in real-time to ensure that you know what your next step will be.
