East Ayrshire Council reopens their Flexible Framework Agreement for the provision of a Peer Outreach Service within specific East Ayrshire Communities.

As per the previously advertised Notice (refer 2023/000-033333), the Framework commenced in 2024 and in accordance with the terms therein, it is now being re-opened for 3 new areas to be included under the same terms as the original application exercise as additional funding has been secured.

Note that this is for additional areas to be added and will not affect the areas already awarded to funded providers. Existing providers may apply for these new areas.

Highland Council to tender for a Civil Engineer for the Stratton Farm Master Planning

Highland council is undertaking a Master Plan exercise for new housing which will include roads infrastructure, green space and suds basin, for an area totalling 23.02 acres. The site will be split into 4 zones as per the attached plan.

Request for Information: Cloud Hosted Real Time Passenger Information (RTPI) System

Aberdeenshire Council has the responsibility for the Real-Time Passenger Information (RTPI) system across both Aberdeenshire and Aberdeen City Local Authority areas and is seeking supplier information for a modern, cloud-hosted RTPI solution. This system will cover digital roadside displays and printed timetable publicity throughout the region. This RFI will help them assess market solutions capable of maintaining statutory passenger information and improving operational efficiency and value for money.

Scottish Government Marketing Services (2026) Lots 1 & 2 for Creative Industries re-issued.

The Scottish Procurement and Property Directorate (SPPD) is the organisation tasked with procuring frameworks and contracts on behalf of Scottish public sector bodies.

Due to technical issues beyond Scottish Procurement’s control, Lots 1 and 2 for Creative Services is being re-advertised.
