Fife Council Meet the Buyer 2021: Dunfermline Learning Campus and Levenmouth Railway Link Supply Chain Opportunities

Part of Fife Business Week, Fife Council plans to organise a Meet the Buyer event on Thursday, 4 November 2021.

Fife Council Economic Development, in partnership with Hub East Central Scotland, Fife College, BAM, Balfour Beatty, Network Rail and the Supplier Development Programme, will host a virtual Meet the Buyer event as part of Fife Business Week on 4th November 2021.

This year's Meet the Buyer event aims to help local businesses find out what contract opportunities are available as part of the Dunfermline Learning Campus (DLC) (£200m project) and the Levenmouth Railway Link project delivery (£70m project). Suppliers will explore how to do business with Hub East Central Scotland, Fife College, BAM, Balfour Beatty, Network Rail and their framework of suppliers and Fife Council Procurement. Suppliers will also hear about upcoming opportunities and find out any requirements needed to be eligible to bid on a contract, as well as understanding what Community Benefits will be delivered as part of the projects.

Businesses will also learn about top tendering tips and gain insight into the support that is available to become "tender ready" for these future opportunities through the Supplier Development Programme.
