Angus Council LogoAngus Council is carrying out some market research and therefore seeking feedback from providers offering a respite service for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Suitable providers of such feedback will be required to provide 24-hour care, 365 nights a year, offering four bedrooms with at least one of these having the suitable access and adaptations to meet the needs of individuals who also have a physical disability.

Falkirk Council Seeking Electrical Maintenance Providers for Non-Housing Properties

Falkirk Council LogoFalkirk Council is seeking suppliers for the provision of their maintenance contract for electrical repairs to non-housing properties.

Such work will involve ad hoc repairs to electrical installations as required, on a schedule of rates/daywork basis. It will also be a requirement for the supplier to provide a 2-hour emergency call-out service during normal working hours (8am-5pm, Monday to Friday). 

This contract has been split into two lots based on location within Falkirk as detailed below:

Lot 1 – Term Maintenance Contract for Electrical Repairs (East)

Lot 2 – Term Maintenance Contract for Electrical Repairs (West)

The estimated total value of this contract is £1.4 million. 

A contract notice has been published on Public Contracts Scotland (PCS), where additional information can be accessed and potential bidders can express their interest.

Time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is Monday 2 March at 2pm.

Could You Provide Sport Pitches and Running Tracks within East Renfrewshire?

East Renfrewshire Council Logo East Renfrewshire Council is seeking suppliers for the provision of their Pitch and Track Replacement Framework.

The project involves the replacement and refurbishment of sports pitches, along with lighting upgrades, at Woodfarm High School, the Joint Faith Campus, and Eastwood High School.

All works will be carried out at the same time, with all sites located within the East Renfrewshire Council area.

The estimated total value of this contract excluding VAT is £850k.

A contract notice has been published on Public Contracts Scotland (PCS), although interested parties will need to register with PCS-Tender to access additional information and express their interest.

Time limit for receipt of tenders or requests is Friday 27 February at 12pm.
