The Corporate Procurement Unit (CPU) is the central procurement hub for Inverclyde Council and works with Council services and suppliers to develop contracts and procedures that deliver Best Value.
Our Role: The Procurement Team works with Council services and suppliers to deliver Best Value through effective contracts, policies, and strategies aligned with national outcomes and best practice.
