The Community Alcohol and Drug Recovery Services strategic vision, is for individuals, families and communities is to live free from the harms of alcohol and drugs. We want experienced, innovative, and value driven Providers to deliver impactful alcohol and drug recovery services in our communities, including early intervention and prevention, harm reduction, treatment and care, and abstinence.

GCC HSCP invite bids from organisations who can meet the requirements of our service specification and open to working with us to bring about change. Services will require to meet the needs of our community and actively promote the service while also overcoming any barriers to engagement.

During this online webinar, our SDP expert will walk you through the bidding process, using the actual tender documents for this opportunity. We will demo how to register and login to Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) , how to find the contract notice using the search functionality and express interest in this opportunity. We will follow the  GCC HSCP buyer instructions verbatim, to access the documents and open all envelopes. We will spend time on questions that perhaps tripped bidders up in the past. We also demo the Q&A functionality and how to upload evidence and response documents. Essentially the aim is for you as a bidder, watch our trainer going through the tendering process as a supplier in real-time, to ensure that you know what your next step will be.
