Aligned Tender Training: Scottish Government Legal Services Framework

The Scottish ministers are looking to relet the Framework for the provision of Legal Services. This is a Category B (sectoral) Framework which is open to all Central Government public sector organisations in Scotland.

The Legal services Framework is comprised of 6 multi supplier Lots covering a range of services:

• The Legal services Framework is comprised of 6 multi supplier Lots covering a range of services:
• Lot 1: contract, commercial and corporate
• Lot 2: debt recovery
• Lot 3: litigation, reparation, employment and inquiries
• Lot 4: major infrastructure and commercial projects (and related litigation)
• Lot 5: property and related matters
• Lot 6: one stop shop (incorporating all of the services in lots 1 to 5)

Today, during this interactive webinar you will have the opportunity to watch our SDP expert, walk you through the bidding process for this Scottish Government Legal Services Framework opportunity. We will demonstrate how to register and login to Public Contracts Scotland (PCS), how to find the contract notice and express interest. We then follow the buyer’s instructions verbatim, to access the tender documents within Public Contracts Scotland- Tender (PCS-T) to open all envelopes. We demonstrate the Q&A functionality and how to upload evidence and response documents. Essentially the aim is for you as a bidder, to watch our SDP expert trainer going through the tendering process as a supplier- in real-time, to ensure that you know what your next step will be.
