Join us as we walk you through the process of bidding for South Ayrshire Council’s events framework.

About the Opportunity

South Ayrshire Council has a requirement to set up a Multi-Provider, Multi-Lot Framework Agreement to provide various Event Services. The Council intends to award all Service Providers onto the Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement who are compliant with the set-out requirements. All requirements to be delivered under this Framework Agreement will be within the boundary of South Ayrshire geographical area. For the avoidance of doubt, there will be no threshold on the maximum number of Service Providers appointed.

There will be ten (10) separate Lots within the Framework Agreement, Tenderers are invited to apply for one or more of the Lots. The Lots are as follows:

  1. Provision of Security Services 
  2. Provision of Site Technical Equipment 
  3. Provision of Site Crew 
  4. Provision of Sanitation Facilities 
  5. Supply, Delivery and Installation of Generators & Lighting Towers 
  6. Supply and Installation of Marquees 
  7. Provision of Buses 
  8. Provision of Traffic Management 
  9. Provision of Traffic Management Consultant 
  10. Provision of Car Park Management 

During this online webinar, we will watch our expert walk you through the bidding process, using SBC’s tender documents for this Care at Home opportunity. We will demonstrate how to register and login to Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) , how to find the contract notice and express interest. We then follow the SBC buyer’s instructions verbatim, to access the tender documents and open all envelopes. We will spend time on questions that perhaps tripped bidders up in the past. We also demo the Q&A functionality and how to upload evidence and response documents. Essentially the aim is for you as a bidder, watch our trainer going through the tendering process as a supplier in real-time, to ensure that you know what your next step will be.
