Glasgow City Council - Early Years Nursery Provision PSA

The framework is to invite tender bids to provide Funded Early Learning and Childcare and the funding for this comes directly from the Scottish Government.  Early Learning and Childcare settings which will provide the delivery of funded provision for eligible 3 and 4 year old children within the Glasgow boundary.  There is 99 Early Learning and childcare settings on the current framework which is due to expire on 31 July 2026. There are no Lots for this framework and the award criteria consists of pass / fail questions.  Each setting must have achieved the Care Inspectorate score of 4 or above, and provide evidence of this.  Each setting must also agree to accept the hourly rates set out by the Scottish Government. Each tender submission must include previous accounts for the last 3 years, as full accounts, not an abbreviated version.
