SLC Support for First Stop Emergency Access Accommodation

SLC is committed to developing and implementing an additional First Stop Emergency Access Accommodation Service in Hamilton, South Lanarkshire. The service will comprise of 15-20 emergency access temporary accommodation units with individual bathroom facilities and shared kitchen facilities.
There will be a requirement to provide a 24/7 service to homeless households accessing this service. It is anticipated that this will be a mix of single person, couples and families with children.
The Council have a desired go live date of Summer 2026.

During this online webinar, our SDP expert will walk you through the bidding process, using the actual tender documents for this opportunity. We will demo how to register and login to Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) , how to find the contract notice using the search functionality and express interest in this opportunity. We will follow the South Lanarkshire Council buyers instructions verbatim, to access the documents within PCS-T and open all envelopes. We will spend time on questions that perhaps tripped bidders up in the past. We also demo the Q&A functionality and how to upload evidence and response documents. Essentially the aim is for you as a bidder, to watch our trainer going through the tendering process as a supplier in real-time, to ensure that you know what your next step will be.
