Talking Tender with South Lanarkshire Council

South Lanarkshire Council is committed to developing and implementing an additional First Stop Emergency Access Accommodation Service in Hamilton, South Lanarkshire. The service will comprise of 15-20 emergency access temporary accommodation units with individual bathroom facilities and shared kitchen facilities.
There will be a requirement to provide a 24/7 service to homeless households accessing this service. It is anticipated that this will be a mix of single person, couples and families with children.
The Council have a desired go live date of Summer 2026.

This Pre-Publication online event will give potential bidders insight into the Council’s requirement for this contract and will also provide background on the service required.

This tender is to be publish on or before Monday 2^nd February 2026, and is to be live for 30 days from date of publication.
