Talking Tenders: Scottish Borders Care at Home Flexible Framework

We’d like to welcome all interested parties to join our Talking Tenders session for Scottish Borders Council’s Care at Home Flexible Framework.

About the Opportunity

Scottish Borders Council is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to bid for a place on its upcoming Care at Home Flexible Framework Agreement. The opportunity will be published on Public Contracts Scotland on the afternoon of 24 February, with the framework expected to go live on 19 May.

The duration of the framework agreement will be 10 years with an estimated value of £76.5m.

The key messages we’re looking to cover in this session include:

• To ensure the long‑term financial sustainability of care at home provision for both the Council and providers.
• To strengthen collaboration, partnership working and continuous service improvement in line with the Council’s new Commissioning Strategy.
• To increase external provision of care at home services across the Scottish Borders.

The aim of our Talking Tenders is to help care-at-home providers get ready to bid for a place on the upcoming Care at Home Flexible Framework.
